Location: 100% Onsite Shift: Monday – Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Level: 1–2 years preferred Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. – no sponsorship available NO C2C The Opportunity We’re partnering with a manufacturing organization to hire a Mechanical Assembler to support the assembly of mechanical and electro‑mechanical components and equipment. This is a hands‑on production role working under general supervision in a structured manufacturing environment. The position involves assembling small mechanical parts as well as larger equipment such as engines, PTO drive trains, gas compressors, control equipment, housings, covers/cowlings, and related connecting lines. What You’ll Be Doing Perform a variety of mechanical and electro‑mechanical assembly operations Fit, mount, align, adjust, and test components and assemblies Assemble engines, drive systems, compressors, control equipment, and related systems Perform operational testing and ensure components meet quality standards Follow written work instructions, blueprints, and specifications Maintain a safe and organized work environment Top Skills Required Strong mechanical aptitude – works well with hands Ability to stand for most of the shift Ability to lift up to 35 lbs Additional Skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Ability to follow instructions and procedures Ability to read and write English What We’re Looking For Required 1–2 years of related mechanical or assembly experience Comfortable working in a manufacturing / shop environment Strong attention to detail and quality Safety-focused mindset 100% onsite manufacturing setting Active, hands‑on role Standing for extended periods Lifting up to 35 lbs as needed Team‑based production environment Why This Role 4‑day workweek (Mon–Thurs schedule) Hands‑on mechanical assembly experience Opportunity to grow within manufacturing operations #LI-DNI #J-18808-Ljbffr
