We are looking for a dedicated Associate MFT (Marriage and Family Therapist) to join our team near LAX. This part-time position requires a commitment of 25 hours per week, providing a great opportunity for those seeking to gain valuable experience in the field while developing their therapeutic skills.

The ideal candidate will provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families, focusing on various mental health issues and improving client relationships. You will work under the supervision of licensed professionals, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and facilitating therapeutic sessions.

Pay $35-$45 per hour

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Must be registered as an Associate MFT in California.
• Experience in providing therapy preferred, but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate client needs.
• Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and ethical practices.
• Ability to work with children and adolescents
