Associate or Mid-Level Methods Process Analyst Company: The Boeing Company
Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for an Associate or Mid-Level Methods Process Analyst (Level 2/3) to join the Industrial Engineering Team based out of North Charleston, South Carolina. This position requires someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapts to evolving responsibilities.
Primary Responsibilities Contribute to the development of labor hour estimates for new or revised production and tooling work packages.
Monitor performance against established labor hour estimates.
Assist in identifying and implementing improvements to processes by analyzing current processes and utilizing established improvement methodologies to maximize equipment and personnel efficiency and support company improvement initiatives.
Analyze changes to approved plans resulting from unplanned events and assess the impact on cost, schedule, resources, and delivery.
Develop, implement, maintain, and status complex integrated shop operating plans to maximize equipment and personnel efficiency, reduce inventory, and meet cost and schedule commitments.
Gather and analyze shop performance metrics to support a recommended plan of action for Production Management.
Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree.
Skilled in effective time management, communication, and organizational skills.
At least 1 year of experience working in a manufacturing and/or production environment.
At least 1 year of experience defining, developing, implementing, or improving production processes.
At least 1 year of experience working in Microsoft Office Suite products.
Preferred Qualifications Level 3: 3+ years of experience working in a manufacturing and/or production environment.
3+ years of experience defining, developing, implementing, or improving production processes.
3+ years of experience working in Microsoft Office Suite products.
ABET accredited bachelor’s degree.
Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills.

Summary Pay Range Associate Level: $73,100-98,900
Mid Level: $89,250-120,750
