DOR administers the largest vocational rehabilitation program in the country. Eligibility Information
If new to California State service or you do not have transfer eligibility, you will need to have taken and passed the examination for this classification in order to be hired for this position. The Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) certification list is being utilized to recruit for this position. Applicants with AGPA certification list eligibility MUST also meet the minimum qualifications for the Associate Personnel Analyst (APA) classification in order to be eligible for appointment as an APA.
