Associate Process Engineer Apply
Hgans in North America is seeking an Associate Process Engineer for its production facility located in Johnstown, PA.
About the position
The Associate Process Engineer position is responsible for supporting, developing, and monitoring the production processes to ensure successful and cost effective products. Other main job duties will include, but not limited to:
- Troubleshoot and recommend solutions through equipment or process changes that reduce costs, increases production and improves quality, environment, and safety
- Educate employees on proper operation of equipment and develop equipment FMEAs.
- Provide reports on costs, quality, productivity, OEE, and continuous improvements.
- Research and recommend new process techniques and equipment.
- Assist with capital investment projects.
Your profile
The successful candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field. Internship experience in a manufacturing industry environment is preferred. Experience with writing detailed engineering investigative reports detailing results and recommendations required, along with computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD or similar drafting software.
