SPEED & SPIRIT guide our performance and team culture. This role supports R&D for golf product development and requires collaboration with engineers to advance components and assemblies for golf clubs.
Responsibilities Engineering resource for R&D teams for product segment engineering (e.g., package sets or irons).
Execute key development actions on assigned programs under the direction of the manager.
Execute development actions for all components of a new golf club.
Create and manage processes for new products and internal logistics under the direction of the manager.
Coordinate with international suppliers as needed to develop new projects.
Provide feedback and direction to A-team engineers.
Perform audits of manufacturing partners to ensure compliance with Cobra quality criteria.
Utilize lean problem-solving skills to resolve design and manufacturing challenges.
Create and revise product component and assembly specifications under the direction of the manager.
Implement acceptance criteria for new product introduction and evaluate products against criteria.
Create documentation for manufacturing of new products under the direction of the manager.
Execute testing and analysis for product validation and qualification.
Analyze daily factory WIP reports and direct manufacturing teams to resolve bottlenecks in production.
0-2 years of experience as a development engineer working on golf product or equivalent.
Degree in engineering or demonstrated equivalent work experience.
Demonstrates basic knowledge of relevant manufacturing processes (investment casting, forging, stamping, painting, etc.).
Ability to travel internationally approximately 5% of the year.
Experience with measurement equipment and techniques.
Compensation and Benefits The hiring range base pay for this position is $70,304 - $75,810 + Bonus + Benefits. Pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
