Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business or similar
- Ability to work in office 3 days/week with occasional business travel (trade shows, etc.)
- Minimum 2 years of product management experience of tangible b2b or b2c products (not tech/SaaS)
- Exposure to managing products through both Stage-Gate development processes and full end-to-end product life cycles, from ideation through launch, optimization, and end-of-life.
- Proficient in MS Office products
- Support new product development activities, including requirements definition, RFQs, sampling, and coordination with engineering, sourcing, and suppliers
- Assist in managing products through the Stage-Gate process and key development milestones
- Maintain product data, specifications, pricing, and documentation within ERP/PLM systems
- Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and product performance tracking
- Support product launches by coordinating timelines, assets, training materials, and cross-functional communication
- Serve as a day-to-day liaison between product management, operations, supply chain, and marketing teams
- Help manage product changes, line extensions, and SKU rationalization efforts
