You will analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify both opportunities and threats within current and emerging markets. You will communicate research and data collected to cross-functional teams to ensure project deadlines are met. Through the insights gleaned, you will provide recommendations for new and current products and create reports and presentations for training of both internal and external stakeholders. By monitoring customer satisfaction, you will be able to gather the needed information to drive product improvements and innovation.Job Responsibilities:Help analyze customer research to aid in product line prioritization.Conduct market research and gather quantitative data on new product initiatives.Develop business cases and provide recommendations on new product design.Gather product requirements and prioritize features for engineering team.Work with cross functional teams on R&D, new product design, customer solutions, enhancements, discontinuing products.Create supporting and training documentation for both internal and external users.Monitor, measure, and ensure the success of current and launched products.Travel with Sales and Service Teams to better understand customer needs and market challenges.Conduct competitive analysis and identify gaps within product portfolio.RequirementsMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business related field1-3 years of experience in project/product management and businessMS Suite proficiencyPhysical Demands:Ability to sit and/or stand up to 2/3 of workday.Occasional lifting up to 50lbs.Other physical activity may include standing, climbing, and reaching on occasion as well as frequent use of hands and fingers.Requires work in office setting with few to no physical discomforts.Magnum Venus Products, Inc. is committed to compliance with its obligations under all applicable state and federal laws prohibiting employment discrimination.
