Position Overview The Associate Project Manager supports Project Managers in overseeing and coordinating projects. They contribute to strategic project planning that supports cross-functional and companywide initiatives. This role is key to ensuring project success through data-driven insights, establishing KPIs, and monitoring overall project performance. The individual will use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to act as a strategic partner to both the business and project teams. The role offers opportunities for learning and growth, with up to 10% travel required. Key Responsibilities Support Project Managers with project oversight and coordination. Contribute to strategic planning for cross-functional projects. Analyze project data to drive insights and improve performance. Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate project success. Communicate effectively across teams and follow up on cross-functional tasks. Assist with POS rollout projects involving store technology implementation. Use Smartsheet and Excel for project tracking and reporting. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree. 1 to 2 years of relevant project support experience. Experience with POS rollout projects (store technology rollout). Proficient in Smartsheet and Excel. Strong communication skills for effective follow-up and coordination.
