Job Title: Associate Project Manager

Job Overview:
The Associate Project Manager will support the planning, execution, and completion of projects within scope, budget, and timelines. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, tracking project milestones, and ensuring the delivery of project goals. The Associate Project Manager is expected to assist senior management in daily operations and problem-solving to ensure successful project execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing project plans and timelines.
  • Track project progress and update stakeholders regularly.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records.
  • Support risk management and mitigation strategies.
  • Communicate project changes and updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Facilitate team meetings and capture actionable items.
  • Ensure adherence to project scope, budget, and deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in project management or related roles.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, or Trello).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.

Compensation:

  • Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 annually (depending on experience).
  • Benefits: Health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off.
