Associate Project Manager

Position: Associate Project Manager Contract: 6 months (possible extension) Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible; 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM as needed) Pay: $34.00 – $36.00 per hour (W2) Work Authorization: Only USC or GC Job Summary Creating process maps, updating SOPs, creating project plans or tracking systems, analyzing data and making recommendations. SKU setup and process improvement related project work. Minimum Qualifications B.S. or B.A. in Business, Biology/Chemistry, or other life sciences program. 2+ years of experience as a PM. Professional office environment communication skills. Support multiple people; common sense and logic. Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and various database systems. Knowledge of biological technologies; cell biology, gene editing, genetic engineering, stem cell biology (plus). Ability to focus and not be easily distracted; comfort with change and shifting priorities. Strong English communication and adaptability. Desired Skills Written and verbal communications.
