Project Manager Position Summary Work Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm 100% on‑site. Located at Catalent’s Kansas City facility, this position will provide overall responsibility for the leadership and management of projects as assigned. Depending on experience, projects may range from simple single‑site assignments to complex multi‑site, multi‑business‑line initiatives, or serve as Lead PM for clients.
Key Responsibilities Leads and builds multi-disciplinary project teams comprising representatives from relevant functions and, when necessary, cross‑functional or multi‑site activities.
Manages execution of the customer’s requirements in accordance with an agreed‑upon program of activities to achieve established goals and deliverables.
Compiles and maintains up‑to‑date project plans, identifying and incorporating new scope via proposals or change orders.
Ensures that key milestones agreed with internal and external customers are achieved and maintains clear communication.
Tracks progress of all activities against the plan, notifying relevant personnel of changes, potential delays, and issues.
Employs a kick‑off and methodical approach to managing the project throughout its duration.
Understands escalation pathways and has the ability to mitigate when necessary.
Facilitates risk assessment and mitigation activities.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Science degree and/or apprenticeship or 1–3 years of equivalent work experience preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of professional work experience preferred.
