Associate Project Manager – Civil Engineering As an Associate Project Manager for Atwell's Civil Engineering group, you will work on diverse projects of varying sizes and complexities in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. Responsibilities Project Collaboration: Work closely with Project Managers to draft, review, and finalize preliminary and final site plans and construction documents. Data Management: Analyze survey data—including legal descriptions, ALTA surveys, easement documents, and condo documents—to support project decisions. Mentorship: Provide guidance to junior staff and ensure project tasks are executed accurately and efficiently. Technical Expertise: Prepare reports, opinions, and recommendations across engineering disciplines such as hydrology/hydraulic studies, project schedules, and storm sewer reports. Construction Support: Assist with construction-related services, including permit applications and quantity estimates. Software Proficiency: Use AutoCAD Civil 3D and other engineering software to complete assignments on time and within budget. Professional Development: Grow your Project Manager skills through training and mentoring, with potential advancement to a Project Manager role. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. Licensed Professional Engineer (PE). Experience managing projects and interfacing with clients. Commercial private development industry experience. At least six (6) years of related experience.
