Meander Studio is expanding our team as we look to the future. Our Senior Principal has just turned 60 and is eager to cultivate the next generation of leadership. We seek a long-term team member who recognizes that being an Architect requires a careful balance of leadership, listening, artistry, and salesmanship. We work on a range of project types and scales, emphasizing careful planning, clear communication, and design excellence throughout the project lifecycle. We are a small firm with a flexible work environment, currently operating 80% remote with select days in the Waltham office. Leadership Role Ready for firm leadership, project management, and design challenges, interested in marketing and business development, licensed with 8–10 years of experience.
