Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated scientist/research associate to support in vitro screening and functional characterization of therapeutic antibodies and drug molecules. The candidate will contribute to high-throughput screening, cell-based functional assays, and biochemical characterization to support antibody discovery and lead candidate selection in drug discovery programs.Key ResponsibilitiesIn Vitro Screening & Functional AssaysDesign and execute high-throughput and medium-throughput screening assays for monoclonal and bispecific antibodies.Develop and perform cell-based functional assays, including:Receptor binding and signaling assaysReporter assaysCytokine release assaysImmune cell activation assaysADCC / ADCP assaysAntibody CharacterizationPerform binding and affinity characterization using techniques such as:ELISAFlow CytometryOther biochemical and immunological assaysDrug Discovery SupportScreen antibody and drug molecule panels to support lead candidate identification and selection.Analyze experimental data and prepare scientific reports to support internal research programs.Required Technical SkillsCandidates should have strong hands-on experience in:Mammalian cell culture techniquesBiochemical assays, including:Western BlottingImmunoprecipitationMolecular biology techniques, including:RNA processingqPCRddPCRCloningPreferred QualificationsM.Sc. / M.Tech / PhD in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, or related fieldExperience working in antibody discovery, immunology, or drug discovery laboratoriesFamiliarity with flow cytometry and functional immune assays is highly desirable.Key CompetenciesStrong experimental and analytical skillsAbility to design and optimize biological assaysStrong documentation and scientific reporting skillsAbility to work in a collaborative research environment
