A well established and thriving small animal practice is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join its experienced and collaborative team.

New graduates and experienced DVMs are encouraged to apply. Strong mentorship and hands on training are available for doctors earlier in their careers, along with a diverse caseload that offers a robust mix of medicine and surgery for experienced clinicians.

The Practice

This practice delivers an award winning, high standard of care through client education, advanced diagnostics, and comprehensive treatment options. You will work alongside an experienced DVM team supported by a strong 3:1 support staff ratio, creating an efficient and team driven environment focused on excellent patient outcomes.

Located in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, the area offers picturesque countryside, rich history, and a welcoming community atmosphere. With excellent schools and an affordable cost of living, it is an attractive option for families and professionals alike. What We Are Looking For
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from an AVMA accredited university or equivalent
  • Active Pennsylvania veterinary license or eligibility to obtain licensure
  • Experience in companion animal wellness and preventive care
  • Interest in general surgery and or general dentistry
  • Commitment to high standards of medicine and a passion for improving patient outcomes and contributing to clinic growth
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive ProSal compensation with total earnings exceeding $150,000 annually
  • Sign on bonus available for experienced candidates
  • Relocation assistance for those making a move
