Compensation for this role includes a competitive base salary of $120,000–$140,000, alongside a sign-on bonus and monthly production bonus with no negative accrual. About You:

• DVM or equivalent degree that allows you to practice veterinary medicine in the US
• You hold (or are eligible for) a Veterinary State License in Texas
• Confident delivering high-quality small animal medicine and surgery

• Strong communicator who enjoys building lasting client relationships
