A long-established small animal hospital in Seabrook, TX is looking to welcome an Associate Veterinarian to its close-knit, highly respected team.


This is a full-service practice that has been serving the local community since 1980 and has built a strong reputation for comprehensive care, including wellness, surgery, diagnostics, and urgent care support. The clinic offers same-day and drop-off appointments, creating a varied and engaging caseload while maintaining an efficient workflow.


This is a 2-doctor hospital where you’ll be working alongside experienced veterinarians in a genuinely collaborative environment. The team is supported by a strong, well-organized hospital manager and a reliable, experienced support staff, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality medicine. The structure and culture here make it an excellent fit for both experienced veterinarians and those looking to continue developing their clinical confidence with the support of a stable, knowledgeable team.

There are no weekends involved in the schedule, meaning you can expect a consistent 4-day work week, providing an excellent work-life balance!


The hospital itself is well-equipped to support a high standard of care, with facilities including an in-house surgery suite, digital x-ray, a well-stocked pharmacy, and a dedicated hospitalization area. The practice handles a wide range of cases from preventative care through to more complex medical and surgical procedures, giving you the opportunity to practice varied, rewarding medicine.


Compensation for this role includes a competitive base salary of $120,000–$140,000, alongside a sign-on bonus and monthly production bonus with no negative accrual. You’ll also benefit from comprehensive healthcare, retirement planning support, CE allowance with dedicated time off, and professional liability coverage.

  • Strong communicator who enjoys building lasting client relationships
