The ideal candidate should have a strong background in alternative fund engagement strategies, a thorough knowledge of private wealth channels, and a proven track record in building and maintaining successful investor relation campaigns. Applicants for the AVP position should have 5-7 years' experience in capital development, with a strong emphasis on private wealth client engagement. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree being preferred.
