About Capital Solutions Capital Solutions, Inc. is a real estate private equity firm focused on sourcing, structuring, and managing investments across the United States. The firm operates at an institutional scale and is supported by a broad network of private and institutional capital partners. Capital Solutions invests across diversified real estate asset classes and selectively pursues non-traditional opportunities where risk-adjusted returns are compelling. Principals consistently co-invest personal capital alongside partners to ensure strong alignment of interests. Role Overview Capital Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Associate to join its real estate investment team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Blue Bell, PA. The position is designed for candidates seeking meaningful responsibility, direct exposure to senior decision-makers, and long-term growth within an institutionally disciplined yet entrepreneurial investment platform. Unlike larger organizations where junior professionals are narrowly siloed, this role provides full lifecycle exposure to real estate transactions, including underwriting, market research, due diligence, investment committee materials, structuring, and execution. The Associate will work closely with senior principals, operating partners, and investors on active transactions. Responsibilities Build and maintain acquisition and development financial models, analyze financial statements and capital budgets, and develop defensible underwriting assumptions to support informed decision-making. Conduct market and competitive research, including supply and demand dynamics, demographic trends, and comparable sales and rental analysis. Review third-party due diligence materials and support transaction execution through closing. Prepare investment memorandums, analytical reports, and presentation materials for internal approvals and investor communications. Assist with portfolio monitoring and ongoing asset-level analysis. Candidate Profile Ideal candidates will have two to five years of experience in real estate private equity, investment banking, or real estate brokerage (investment sales), with direct exposure to underwriting, financial modeling, and transaction analysis. Experience with housing assets, including multifamily, student housing, or senior living, is strongly preferred. Candidates from investment banking, REPE, or top investment sales platforms who are seeking greater ownership and broader exposure are of particular interest. The role requires advanced proficiency in Excel, including the ability to build models from scratch. Strong writing skills are essential, as the position involves drafting investment narratives and decision-making materials. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, intellectually curious, and comfortable working independently while collaborating within a small, fast-moving team. A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field is required. Advanced degrees or professional designations, such as an MBA or CFA are a plus. Why This Role This position offers early responsibility, direct deal exposure, and a clear path for advancement within a growing, institutionally relevant real estate investment platform. High performers will have the opportunity to take on expanded responsibility and grow alongside the firm. Interested candidates are encouraged to apply via LinkedIn or reach out directly with a résumé and a brief note of interest. #J-18808-Ljbffr
