Responsibilities Austin Oaks Hospital is an 80-bed facility providing psychiatric services for adults and adolescents. Located on a 13‑acre campus in South Austin, it offers inpatient and outpatient programs to support crisis resolution, personal growth, and substance abuse treatment. We are seeking an Assistant Program Director of Outpatient Services for our Branches South location. Location: Austin Oaks Branches San Marcos, 1330 Wonder World Dr #108, San Marcos, TX 78666. Job Duties and Responsibilities Program planning and treatment Professional collaboration Personnel management and staffing Clinical leadership Performance improvement Ensure compliance with all administrative, clinical, and HR policies and procedures Support the mission, philosophy, and goals of the hospital Communicate with sensitivity to growth, development, and cultural issues Maintain a professional demeanor in dress, attitude, and support of the unit milieu Benefit Highlights Challenging and rewarding work environment Growth and development opportunities within UHS and its subsidiaries Competitive compensation Excellent medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug plan 401(k) plan with company match Qualifications Requirements: Master’s degree in behavioral health from an accredited institution One of the following Texas licenses: LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, preferably LCSW or LPC‑Supervisor At least 5 years of clinical experience in the psychiatric/mental health field Preferred: At least 3 years in a lead/managerial capacity EEO Statement: All UHS subsidiaries are committed to providing an environment of mutual respect where equal employment opportunities are available to all applicants and teammates.
