We are seeking a dedicated Athletic Trainer to join our dynamic athletic training team at the Division III collegiate level on a full-time basis. Position Summary: The Athletic Trainer will provide comprehensive, movement-focused athletic training services to our student-athletes, ensuring their physical well-being and peak performance. As part of our team, you will collaborate closely with coaches, athletes, and medical professionals to deliver top-quality care that prioritizes injury prevention, movement quality, and functional rehabilitation.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat athletic injuries to optimize long-term health and performance.
  • Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation programs that emphasize functional movement, mobility, and biomechanics.
  • Provide preventative care with a focus on movement efficiency and quality.
  • Adhere to NCAA and NCCAA regulations and guidelines.
  • Coordinate care with team physicians and healthcare providers.
  • Attend practices, games, and competitions, ensuring on-site athlete support.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough medical documentation.

Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Athletic Training, Exercise Science, or a related field, or a Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training with equivalent experience.
  • BOC certification, ATC credential.
  • Knowledge of functional movement, Biomechanics Optimization, Injury Prevention, Mobility Enhancement, Movement Assessment, Strength and Stability training, Holistic approach, Body Mechanics, Efficiency in Movement, Proactive Health, Movement Restoration, or Athletic Performance Optimization treatment and training plans are a plus for this position.
  • Certifications such as GOATA, Primal Movement Specialist, IASTM,, FRC or CSCS are helpful for this role.
  • Ability to work in an environment aligned with Christian mission and values.
