You will thrive at Unbridled because we focus on relationships, keep clients first, and put people before process.Unbridled is seeking an Attendee Management Contractor to support our Event Attendee Experience team with registration programming, housing management, attendee communications, reporting, and data entry for client events. This role will manage multiple projects and deadlines, create attendee reports for internal teams and clients, cross-check hotel rooming lists and air manifests, coordinate with Hotel Housing Coordinators, and assist with dine-around restaurant bookings. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide outstanding client service while proofreading emails, websites, and spreadsheets in a fast-paced environment.Successful candidates will have the following:1 - 2+ years in a professional office environment, hospitality industry or event planning experience is a plusExcellent computer skills Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, OutlookDetail-oriented and enjoys problem solvingEffective, professional business communication skills written, spoken, and presentationComfort level and required professionalism to work directly with attendees via phone and emailSuperior customer service skillsProficiency and knowledge with registration software such as Cvent preferred, but not requiredMust have access to their own computer with reliable internet and Microsoft Office installedMust embody the Unbridled brand and culture: character, change, credibility, and communityWhat you would be doing at Unbridled:Manage multiple ongoing projects simultaneously and manage deadlinesProgram registration and housing management Create and provide attendee reports for Account and Program Managers and clientsCrosscheck and quality control of hotel rooming lists and air manifests pre-and post-eventCommunicate directly with attendees (email, phone)Manage communication and accurate reports with Hotel Housing CoordinatorProvide outstanding client service always, even under stressProofread emails, websites, and spreadsheetsBook dine around restaurantsData entryEmbody our Unbridled Brand and CultureCompensation range varies between $19-$25 per hour, depending on location and type of experience.
