Document Services Attorney – Andover We are seeking a candidate who is eager to learn, possesses exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, and is interested in joining our team. This role is critical in supporting litigation, regulatory matters, and internal investigations by reviewing, analyzing, and categorizing large volumes of documents for relevance, confidentiality, and privilege. Base salary: $65,000 - $75,000. Responsibilities The review and activation of new accounts assigned to the Firm Review of Firm correspondence Analyze and process reports to ensure that proper workflow is being adhered to pursuant to the expectations of both clients and the firm Coordinate, monitor, and quality check the work performed by the first-level reviewers Utilize Collection Software to properly update and document the status of each account in the inventory Comply with all standard operational procedures Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Membership in good standing with the State Bar of Massachusetts Excellent analytical, problem identification, and resolution skills Superior attention to detail Proven and demonstrable dedication to work product quality Strong organizational and time management skills Extensive experience in Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook Excellent verbal and written communication skills Collections experience preferred Document review experience preferred Be able to communicate in a common language with (or to) individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing Be able to operate a computer, phone, or equivalent device Be able to complete a minimum of a 40‑hour flexible workweek schedule Be able to read and comprehend position‑specific documents and correspondence Physical Qualifications Be able to lift five pounds or greater Be able to sit 90% of the workday at times Be able to bend at the waist and be mobile when needed Be able to concentrate and use critical thinking Please note that this job description is not intended to be a comprehensive listing of all activities, duties, or responsibilities required of the employee in this position.
