Olsen Barton LLC seeks a real estate transactional attorney with at least three (3) years of experience. The ideal candidate will be well versed in commercial leasing and general real estate and transactions.

Our clients include developers, investors, property managers, lenders, and commercial tenants.

Annual base compensation ranging from $130,000 to $170,000 depending upon experience, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus of up to $30,000 depending upon experience.
