About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking an accomplished attorney to join their growing plaintiff‑side appellate and insurance bad faith practice. This role is ideal for someone who excels in written advocacy, complex legal analysis, and high‑stakes motion work. You’ll play a pivotal role shaping litigation strategy at both the trial and appellate levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle plaintiff‑side appellate matters, including brief drafting, oral arguments, and strategic issue identification.
• Lead or assist with insurance bad faith cases involving coverage disputes and complex motions.
• Conduct sophisticated legal research and develop persuasive, well‑structured arguments.
• Partner with trial teams on preservation of error, post‑trial motions, and case strategy.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in: Plaintiff‑side appellate litigation, or Significant bad faith insurance litigation
• Exceptional writing, research, and analytical abilities.
• Strong command of Florida appellate procedure and insurance‑related statutes.
• Proven ability to manage a high‑level caseload independently with sound legal judgment.

Compensation & Benefits
