3 7 years of relevant experience with trademark and copyright matters.

• Manage trademark and copyright-related activities across multiple business segments, including searches, risk assessments, prosecution, maintenance, enforcement, and litigation.
• Advise on trademark portfolio management, covering both domestic and international trademarks.
• Provide legal guidance on complex trademark and copyright issues, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and best practices.
• Navigate the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) processes efficiently to secure registrations for clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and legal departments to align intellectual property strategies with business goals.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in good standing.
• Proven experience handling trademark and copyright matters, including prosecution, enforcement, and litigation.
• Strong analytical, research, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other practice areas to provide comprehensive client solutions.
