Seeking a full-time attorney at our Chatsworth, California office. This is an in-office position. Compensation is negotiable and will be based on level of experience.

The ideal candidate will manage litigation cases in various practice areas including employment, business litigation, personal injury, real estate and workers' compensation. The person will perform all tasks associated with case handling from drafting pleadings to preparing for trial. Work will be commensurate with experience and may include appearing in court, taking and defending depositions, providing advice and counsel to clients, witness interviews, and drafting / responding to motions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Legal research
• Attend court hearings
• Communicate directly with clients
• Conduct and defend depositions
• Conduct witness interviews
• Draft legal memoranda, pleadings, motions, and correspondence

Qualifications

• JD Degree and CA State Bar License
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong research and analysis skills
