Attorney Defense Civil Litigation

Our highly regarded Florida Law firm is seeking a motivated attorney with 3 to 7 years of experience working on civil defense litigation matters (i.e., premises liability, personal injury, automobile/trucking accidents, construction defect, medical malpractice, etc.). If you are looking for a growth opportunity with solid mentorship and the ability to grow your practice by working alongside a team of diverse and experienced litigators, AND the flexibility to work remotely or in a hybrid position, we encourage you to apply to join our community!

Requirements
  • Member of the FL bar
  • 3-7 years of experience working on the defense of liability matters, with significant experience conducting discovery, taking depositions, preparing, and arguing motions, and assisting with trial preparation
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
