We are looking for one (or more) attorneys to join us in this endeavor. Attorneys who would be a good fit for this role are attorneys like us, focused on legal excellence, experienced in the courtroom, attentive to clients and their families, entrepreneurial and who want to be part of a firm that values each other and our collective well-being. We are open to a variety of ideas on how to accomplish this goal and with whom. This is a full-time on-site role located in Clark, NJ for an Attorney. We are looking for an attorney with at least five (5) years of criminal law experience in both Superior Court and Municipal Court. Experience in handling Domestic Violence and other restraining orders is desired. Opportunities to handle other case types such as Matrimonial, DCPP, Personal Injury can be discussed. While our firm has a State-wide footprint, the primary area of responsibility would include Middlesex and Mercer Counties as well as counties to the north, including but not limited to Union, Essex, Passaic, Bergen, etc.QualificationsLaw, Legal Advice, and Negotiation skillsStrong research skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamJuris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active Bar license in New Jersey
