We are a general civil practice with a concentration in community association law and have represented more than 400 NJ condominium associations, cooperatives and HOA’s in the past 37 years.We currently seek two outstanding attorneys with excellent academic/legal backgrounds with (1) 2+ years exp. handling collections for community associations and (2) 3+ years' experience in community association transactional work such as contract negotiation/drafting, interpretations of governing documents, advising Boards, and running annual meetings. Strong analytical/writing skills and New Jersey admission required. Litigation exp. is a plus.
