Position: Marketing/Staff Attorney Location: Minot, North Dakota About Us: We are a growing law firm seeking a detailed, motivated, and hard-working attorney to join our North Dakota office. As a Marketing/Staff Attorney, you will play a crucial role in both legal and marketing efforts, helping to expand our client base and enhance our firm's brand awareness. Responsibilities include: Client Education: Educate clients on estate planning options, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. Asset Distribution: Assist clients in distributing assets according to their wishes, efficiently and with minimal conflict. Document Drafting: Draft wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. Plan Review: Update estate plans to reflect legal changes, tax considerations, and clients' wishes. Trust Administration: Assist with trust administration and probate processes. Professional Collaboration: Work with financial advisors, insurance professionals, and accountants. Client Relationship Building: Develop relationships with potential clients and explain services. Marketing Efforts: Promote the firm’s brand through marketing and networking. Team Collaboration: Coordinate with paralegals and legal staff following firm policies. Qualifications: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school. Admitted to practice law in North Dakota and/or Montana. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Passion for estate planning and client service. 1-5 years’ experience in estate and business planning law preferred.
