Attorney Apply
Job Description
The Moore Law Group, an established multi-state creditors’ law firm, is seeking a California licensed attorney to take on a key role in managing our commercial collections portfolio. This is an opportunity for an attorney who wants meaningful responsibility, hands-on litigation experience, and the ability to make a real impact within a high-volume, fast-moving practice.
This role is ideal for an attorney with 3 to 5 years of experience who is confident managing litigation matters, exercises strong judgment, and thrives in an environment where responsiveness, ownership, and attention to detail matter. The attorney in this role will be materially involved in commercial matters from suit review through judgment enforcement and will work closely with internal legal and operational teams to drive results for clients.
At The Moore Law Group, we offer a different kind of legal environment. We value professionalism, collaboration, and work-life balance, and we do not require billable hours. Our attorneys are able to focus on legal strategy, case management, client service, and results while continuing to grow their skills in a supportive and team-oriented setting.

- Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, correspondence, and other legal filings
- Communicate and negotiate with opposing counsel, consumers, and other parties
- Appear in court and represent the firm as needed
- Partner closely with litigation, post-judgment, and collection teams to move matters efficiently and strategically
- Monitor case status, deadlines, and workflow to ensure timely handling and strong work product
- Contribute to process improvement efforts and support the continued growth of the practice
Qualifications
- Active California bar license required
- 3 to 5 years of attorney experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of California litigation process from filing through judgment enforcement
- Commercial collections, creditors’ rights, business litigation, or related experience strongly preferred
- Ability to manage a high-volume workload without sacrificing quality or attention to detail
- Strong written communication, legal analysis, and organizational skills
- Able to work with urgency, exercise sound judgment, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, team-oriented, and willing to collaborate across departments
- Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and pride in work product
- Additional state licensure in Nevada, Arizona, Colorado, or New Mexico is a plus

- Supportive, collaborative team environment
If you are looking for a role where you can deepen your litigation experience, take ownership of meaningful work, and grow with a firm that values both performance and people, we encourage you to apply.
