Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Attorney at Vaughan McLean in Philadelphia, PA. The Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting research, negotiating on behalf of clients, and specializing in areas such as Workers Compensation. The role entails handling complex legal challenges, representing clients in and out of the courtroom, and upholding the firm's commitment to excellence and creativity.

Qualifications

• Workers' Compensation Law experience
• Has a book of business, but is eager to grow it
• Legal Advice and Negotiation skills
• Research skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar association in Pennsylvania
• Experience in a law firm or legal environment is a plus
