Jobot is conducting a search for an experienced partner-level attorney to join our client's offices in Manhattan, Los Angeles, or remotely in another major market. The opportunity is with a growing midsized firm that provides comprehensive legal solutions to domestic and international businesses for complex commercial litigation and transactional matters. This is an ideal role for an attorney looking to further develop an established practice with access to more resources, collaboration, and organizational support from an experienced team of attorneys.

This position has a minimum requirement of $500k in portable business for consideration. The partners are specifically motivated to invest in practices that include commercial litigation, complex transactions, employment law, trusts and estates, tax, or real estate litigation. There is no billable requirement for this role. The firm is capable of handling matters of any scale from simple entity formation to complex multi-jurisdictional litigation and services clients across diverse mix of industries including

This is a full-time position with a base salary between $200,000 - $300,000, 20% origination fees, remote work flexibility, great health benefits, an allotted marketing/business development budget, and annual bonuses.
