Full time Attorney - Senior Litigation Attorney - (Multi Office)

AMLaw 100 firm is seeking a full-time Senior Attorney to join our Litigation group. This non-partnership track position is open to candidates in any US office, with a preference for those based in Dallas.

Education Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Bar Admission

  • Must be admitted to practice in the jurisdiction where you are applying.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of litigation experience.
  • Proficient in drafting litigation documents such as motions to dismiss, written discovery, and summary judgment motions.
  • Experience appearing in state and federal courts.
  • Experience handling multi-district litigation is preferred.

Work Environment

  • Hybrid work environment with some in-office expectations or remote work as appropriate.
  • Some travel required.

Pay Transparency

In accordance with California, New York, Washington DC, and Washington's Pay Transparency Law, the pay range for this position, if hired to work in these locations, is $235,000 to $275,000 per year. The compensation offered to a candidate selected for employment will depend on various factors, including the candidates geographic market, skills, educational and professional background, experience, and overall qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
