This position is ideal for an attorney who is comfortable managing matters independently and contributing within a collaborative professional environment.

Role Responsibilities

The attorney will be responsible for handling cases across multiple stages of litigation, including:

• Managing an individual caseload

• Advising clients on legal risks and dispute resolution strategies

• Conducting legal research and drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs

• Handling discovery and depositions as required

• Representing clients at hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trial

Practice Areas Include

• Business and commercial disputes

• Commercial real estate-related conflicts

• Commercial lease matters

• ADA and property-related claims

• Website, privacy, and consumer-related disputes

Qualifications

• Active California Bar License

• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience

• Strong legal writing and research skills

• Experience with law and motion practice
