Job Description

Bingaman Hess, a general practice law firm, is seeking applicants for a full-time associate position in its Wyomissing, Berks County, PA office. Hybrid work may be considered for the right candidate. Candidate will be responsible for handling a wide range of civil litigation matters. Preferred candidate will have 3+ years of litigation experience.


Candidates must be admitted to the PA Bar. Applicants must be highly motivated, have strong research and writing skills, and be able to work independently to meet deadlines. Responsibilities include client

contact, drafting pleadings, discovery, motions, conducting depositions, attending court conferences, and trial preparation in a wide variety of practice areas.


Salary is based on qualifications and experience, with an excellent bonus incentive program that accounts for hard work and growth. The compensation package also includes 401(K), profit-sharing, medical insurance including dental and vision options, CLE costs, and bar association dues. All inquiries will be kept confidential.
