Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Audit Manager to join our team. As the Audit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing audits for a variety of clients, ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting and auditing standards. You will play a key role in managing audit teams, delivering high-quality audit services, and providing strategic insights to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage audit engagements for a diverse client base across multiple industries.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor junior and senior auditors in the execution of audits.
  • Ensure audits are completed in compliance with applicable auditing standards, laws, and regulations.
  • Review financial statements, working papers, and reports for accuracy and completeness.
  • Communicate audit findings and recommendations effectively to clients and senior management.
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing client needs and concerns.
  • Prepare and present reports on audit findings and issues to clients.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to develop strategic approaches to client issues and growth.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations, standards, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Active CPA license.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on audit services.
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical and research skills.
  • Proven experience managing audit teams and projects.
  • Exceptional communication and client management skills.
  • Ability to multitask, think critically, solve complex problems, and provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Proficiency with audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
