Audit Manager Apply
Our client is a leading accounting and advisory firm committed to providing exceptional service to our clients. They are currently seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join their dynamic team.
As an Audit Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing audit engagements, managing client relationships, and leading audit teams. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of audit processes while mentoring junior staff members.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage multiple audit engagements simultaneously
- Oversee audit teams and provide guidance to staff auditors
- Review financial statements and audit work papers for accuracy and completeness
- Identify and communicate audit issues to clients and propose solutions
- Ensure compliance with professional standards, firm policies, and regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Contribute to business development initiatives and proposal preparation
- Mentor and train junior staff members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- CPA certification required
- 5+ years of public accounting experience with at least 2 years at the manager level
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and other relevant accounting standards
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects
- Experience with audit software and Microsoft Office Suite
