Our client, a leading auditing firm, is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Senior Associate to join their team. As an Audit Senior Associate, you will play a crucial role in leading and executing audit engagements for clients across various industries. Your expertise and attention to detail will ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements and compliance with applicable auditing standards. You will have the opportunity to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients, contribute to the development of junior team members, and strengthen client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute audit engagements, including planning, fieldwork, and completion.
  • Review and assess internal controls, financial statements, and supporting documentation.
  • Identify and communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and coordinate audit activities.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable auditing standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, fostering their professional growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in auditing.
  • Participate in the development and delivery of training programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Active CPA license or working towards obtaining CPA certification.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in public accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of auditing principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Experience with auditing tools and software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in a formal tone.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary package. ($100k - $110k)
  • Annual bonus of 25%.
