Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and detailed estimates for auto body repairs.
- Oversee production schedules and ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Coordinate with technicians, customers, and insurance adjusters to facilitate smooth operations.
- Monitor and maintain high-quality standards for repairs and customer service.
- Manage inventory and ordering of parts and supplies.
- Implement and enforce company policies and safety procedures.
- Provide leadership and training to staff members.
