Job requirements:
* Bilingual – English/Spanish

* Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment

* Clean driving record

* Previous experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

* Generate leads, convert leads into visits, and into sales through effective communication and persuasive techniques

* Help each customer determine the best vehicle for their wants and needs
* Present vehicles of interest to the customer, including accompanying them on test drives
* Maintain inventory awareness and vehicle knowledge including pricing, features, trims, accessories, etc.

* Maintain expert-level product knowledge across all brands
* Close sales and perform all steps of the sales process

* Generate a minimum of 10 sales per month

* Create long-term client relationships through consistent communication and an exceptional post-sale experience.

* Work seamlessly with our service and finance department to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Schedule:

• Monday to Saturday
• 6 days a week
• Saturdays 10am to 6pm
• Sundays off
