Day-to-day Responsibilities Operate production machinery and monitor equipment performance Maintain quality control and safety standards throughout the production process Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and contribute to continuous improvement Engage in tasks such as mixing ingredients and packaging finished products Set packaging line to machine centerlines and confirm setup is correct for the product Set dog food bags to the correct centerlines Drive quality by monitoring product standards, checking paperwork, and ensuring accuracy Conduct and record metal, weight, seals, and lot code checks Verify cleans by assigning duties, completing quality documents, and ensuring timely completion Communicate packaging needs with the Packaging Supervisor as necessary Notify Packaging Supervisor of any Safety, Quality, or Production escalation issues Support troubleshooting of equipment to meet daily throughput requirements Notify maintenance if the packaging line breaks Schedule Hours: Monday through Friday, from 2:15 PM to 10:45 PM.
