• Lead all phases of system design, development, testing, and support. • Provide status updates, work plans, written documentation, and training. • Develop and maintain quality assurance standards to ensure daily, weekly, and month-end functions are completed accurately and timely. • Streamline automation processes by eliminating unnecessary tasks. • Develop robust business infrastructure workflows to minimize execution time of business tasks. • Test, analyze, and implement current software vendor upgrades. • Prioritize technical issues and communicate resolution times as needed. • Maintain the imaging system of organizational documents. • Maintain Redwood Group uptime standards during project conversions and cutovers. • Manage third-party support (consultants and vendors) for implementing and enhancing business systems. Computer Operations • Create, develop, and integrate new processes and instructions for Robotic Process Automation (RPA). • Identify opportunities for workflow automation and process improvements. • Maintain a service log for workflow errors. • Ensure scheduled workflow jobs process timely and accurately. • Develop and maintain department instructions and check-off sheets for daily and monthly functions. • Post business reports timely and accurately. • Respond to high-priority requests for document assistance via phone and email. • Provide technical support for enterprise workflow and RPA issues. • Deliver exceptional service to members, volunteers, team members, and service providers. • Uphold department service standards. • Contact vendors for system support and maintenance. • Review user creation, deletion, and modification daily for automation systems. • Set up and maintain user security for workflow and RPA platforms. • Ensure proper encryption of data exchanged with outside vendors.
