Automation Control Engineer

Job Title: Automation Controls EngineerJob Summary:We are seeking an Automation Controls Engineer with experience in industrial automation, PLC programming, HMI/SCADA development, and control system design. The ideal candidate will support automation projects, troubleshoot control systems, and improve manufacturing processes.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain industrial control systems.Program and troubleshoot PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Schneider, etc.).Develop and support HMI and SCADA applications.Configure VFDs, motors, sensors, and industrial networks.Perform system testing, commissioning, and startup activities.Diagnose and resolve automation and controls issues.Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing teams.Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.Required Skills:PLC Programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi, etc.)HMI/SCADA (FactoryTalk, Wonderware, Ignition, WinCC)Industrial Communication Protocols (EtherNet/IP, Modbus, Profinet, OPC)VFDs, Servo Drives, Motion ControlElectrical Schematics and Control Panel DesignTroubleshooting and Root Cause AnalysisQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related field.5+ years of experience in industrial automation and controls engineering.Experience with manufacturing, material handling, robotics, or process automation environments preferred.
