Join a world-class biotech leader's dynamic team to ensure seamless equipment reliability and innovative system implementations!What You'll DoManage delivery of IS Manufacturing Systems & Automation aspects according to planned maintenance schedules and project timelines, ensuring on-time execution.Author and review design documents such as detailed requirements specifications and line design specifications for new/upgraded equipment.Secure equipment implementation across the manufacturing network, incorporating network security settings (including domain configurations and firewalls) and Amgen-standard security software.Deliver progress reporting to Project Management while implementing standardized automation protocols for both hardware and software components.Install mandatory monitoring tools, participate in Data Integrity Assessments, and conduct routine Automation Preventive Maintenance activities.Advise on spare parts to develop comprehensive Asset Spareparts Lists; create, test, and document backup/restore procedures for configurable system parts.Establish parameter and audit trail review procedures through detailed Work Instructions to maintain compliance and traceability.Support PI data historian connections using OPC interfaces and other integration tools for real-time data management.Assist with FAT, commissioning, and qualification activities as required, plus provide on-floor operational support during live production.Deliver specialized Automation training to Maintenance, Engineering teams, and applicable Operators; maintain and update all relevant IS/Automation documentation.Must-HavesBSc/MSc in Industrial Automation Engineering or Industrial Information Systems.5+ years delivering process control/info systems in biotech/pharma manufacturing.Proven independent project leadership in global, cross-functional IS/Engineering teams.Nice-to-HavesExpert multitasking in automation with a quality-first mindset.Stellar global collaboration, influence in matrix teams, and crisp communication skills.Creative problem-solving and adaptability in fast-paced environments.This full-time role offers a chance to shape biotech innovation.
