The role involves participation across the full project lifecycle including system design, configuration, testing, commissioning, and ongoing technical support for process industries such as Oil & Gas, Power, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, and Manufacturing.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and configure PCS 7 systems including CFC, SFC, WinCC/OS, and hardware configurationDevelop control logic, interlocks, alarm management, and control narrativesPrepare engineering documentation (FDS, I/O lists, Cause & Effect, loop diagrams)Participate in FAT, SAT, integrated testing, and site commissioningIntegrate third-party systems using Profibus, Profinet, Modbus, OPC, and Ethernet networksTroubleshoot DCS hardware/software issues and optimize system performanceSupport system upgrades, migrations, and modificationsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Automation Engineering4+ years of hands-on experience with PCS 7 / DCS systemsStrong knowledge of process control principles and industrial networkingExperience in site commissioning and startup supportGood analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
