Movement Search & Delivery is working with a leader in the building products industry. Due to growth, they are on the hunt for a Manager of Automation. This highly visible role will vacillate between corporate leadership and the implementation of automation strategies for the expansive plant footprint in North America. They are NOT looking for someone who is a hands-on integrator. This role will develop the long-term automation strategy for the enterprise. This will be a functional management role directing the corporate automation team.REQUIREDThe ability to travel extensively to the corporate headquarters (East Coast) and plants throughout the USBS Engineering10+ years of automation experienceLeadership skills and proven experience leading teamsMust be an influencer and be able to build relationships with the internal customer (plant managers) that can lead large organizations to gain alignment, drive, and "buy in".Proven track record leading automation in other organizationsExisting relationships with outside partners, and integrators TO build a stable department that corporate leadership and plants can call upon to implement projectsMovement Search & Delivery is a national search firm with 65 headhunters in 3 time zones.
