Job Title: Automation & OT Systems Engineer
Location: Shippensburg, PA (Onsite)
Duration: 6+ months

Job Overview:
Collaborate with plant leaders to prioritize system upgrades, assessments, and ensure long-term scalability of OT systems, with a focus on troubleshooting, support, and process standardization.

Key Responsibilities:

• OT Support & Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support for OT devices (PLCs, SCADA) and resolve issues.
• OT Network Devices: Manage and maintain PLCs, SCADA systems, switches, and routers.
• PLC Program Source Control: Implement version control for PLC programs using tools like Copia or Versiondog.
• Process Standardization & Documentation: Standardize and document OT processes.
• OEE Tag Building: Build tags for OEE data collection and update PLC programs.
• PLC Simulation Tag Naming: Standardize naming conventions for PLC simulation tools.
• Plant PLC Assessment: Assess and recommend improvements for PLC systems at the Shippensburg plant.

Requirements:

• Expertise in PLC systems, Ignition SCADA, and OT network devices.
• Experience in OT support, troubleshooting, and managing large PLC environments.
• Strong collaboration and documentation skills.
• Ability to work with plant leaders to prioritize projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with OEE systems and source control tools like Copia or Versiondog.
