Automation Technician - 3rd Shift About this PositionThe Automation Technician acts as a technical resource to our teams to ensure they have the proper support needed to perform their daily tasks. The individual selected for this role will be assigned to 3rd shift (Sundays through Thursdays 10:30PM - 6:30AM). What you'll doEnsure all production equipment functioning correctly by troubleshooting and configuring as required.Perform electrical/control based preventative maintenance tasks as assigned.Work on project work, set up vision systems, and configure VFDs.Train operators and maintenance on basic operation and troubleshooting of equipmentComplete controls and electrical work orders as assigned.What makes you a good fitAssociate degree in electronics or automation controls required or 4 years comparable experienceMinimum 2 years' experience in manufacturing environmentMust have experience in making edits to and troubleshooting Allen Bradley PLCs Experience with vision systems and VFDs desirable Knowledge of SCADA is ideal and experience with Wonderware is a bonus Ability to work 3rd shift, 10:30pm -6:30am The hourly range for this role up to $40ph. Candidates slightly above this range are encouraged to apply as there could be flexibility. $12,000.00 SIGN-ON BONUS
